Additional Charges

  • For Cash on Delivery orders outside Dhaka, a 1% Courier Condition Charge will be applied to the total order amount.
  • For smartphones, laptops, tablets, gadgets, or accessories weighing more than 1 kg, the delivery charge may increase as per the policies of the respective courier service.

Order Placement and Processing

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, an initial deposit is required as follows:
    • Product Price BDT 501 – BDT 5,000: Advance BDT 500
    • Product Price BDT 5,001 – BDT 50,000: Advance BDT 1,000
    • Product Price Above BDT 50,000: Advance BDT 2,000

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (Inside/Outside Dhaka): Orders will be delivered within 24 to 96 hours of placement.
  • Express Delivery (Inside Dhaka): Orders placed by 4:00 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
  • Shop Pickup: Same-day pickup is available from our Bashundhara City outlet (subject to outlet’s operating hours). For other outlets, please allow 24 to 48 hours for product availability.
